The team
Learning Latte was built on the belief that inclusive learning and accessible technology are two sides of the same coin, and that the best digital experiences deliver both.
Digital Learning & Multilingual Governance
With 20+ years' experience across healthcare, higher education, and international organisations, Tracey specialises in building scalable, culturally responsive digital learning ecosystems. Most recently, she designed the first inclusive multilingual online diabetes management course for MyWay Digital Health, reaching 5,000 Muslim patients globally during Ramadan, and built the QA governance infrastructure that underpins a 26,000-user NHS-integrated platform.
Front-End Accessibility & Inclusive UX
A specialist in front-end accessibility and user-centred design, bridging the technical and design perspectives to help products meet WCAG standards while delivering genuinely meaningful experiences. With a broader interest in how accessibility can shape digital infrastructure, smart cities, and climate-resilient communities, particularly for marginalised groups, the work here goes beyond compliance into systemic, equitable design.
Rescue & Recovery
When deadlines are looming, teams are stretched, and a project is at risk, we specialise in stepping in fast, getting up to speed immediately, and delivering.
A real example
A company was four weeks from a major client deadline with hundreds of learning modules unfinished and no clear path to delivery. We were brought in with no lengthy onboarding, no discovery workshops, just a brief, a deadline, and the expectation that we'd deliver. We did.
We don't need six weeks of discovery. We ask the right questions, review what exists, and are producing work within days. Our experience across healthcare, higher education, and international organisations means we've seen most project setups before.
No lengthy strategy decks. No process for process's sake. We identify what needs to be done, prioritise ruthlessly, and focus entirely on getting your project over the line, on time and to standard.
Many projects stall because accessibility compliance was not built in from the start. Etzali can audit and remediate WCAG issues in parallel, so you do not just hit your deadline, you hit it with a product that is actually compliant.
If your project involves localisation and that is part of the backlog, Tracey's multilingual governance experience means translation and culturalisation can run alongside delivery, not after it.
